    I don’t know of any mobile one, but I’m using TimeSlotTracker on my laptop. You can use an XML file to even create custom reports.

  • Day 26 of cold showers. I’ve noticed that I have most resistance still with getting the initial cold water on my BACK! I can get under the cold water with just a few deep breaths though, and then I’m good to go. It seems like the first time I did it, it just paralyzed me for a couple of minutes 😛

    • @zander-bylund Isn’t it simple and magical? One day, I had leg cramps so I took a 2nd warm shower. There are definitely benefits with warm water too but right away, I knew I’m in love with the cold at the moment. Let’s all go to bed early and be morning people : )

    Thanks for those ideas! Going for a morning walk sounds like it would be really enjoyable. There is a park near by that has a walking path in/around it.

  • I’m rethinking my morning routine. I’m not naturally a morning person so that’s why it must be hard for me, but I think if I can find the right routine it will work for me and be as enjoyable as my night routine.

    • Something simple that I like to do if you have an hour or two in the morning:
      Pick an exercise and do as many reps as possible (I do pushups)
      Then write 2 pages in a morning journal. I’ve recently added affirmations to this.
      Go for a morning walk with a book/kindle/audiobook. Find a nice park and walk while reading. (It might take practice not to…[Read more]
